My New Red Hair

I finally gave into my desire for red hair and on Saturday used a gift certificate my hubby gave me to dip my toe into the world of ginger. That being said it's not really the hugest of color changes. In fact the gal who did the dye job suggested she use a treatment that only "deposits" a copper red pigment into my hair. Over time it'll fade away going back to my natural color. That way if I didn't like it I wouldn't have to remain committed to it. Thankfully though I LOVE the color. It was darker than I had hoped but regardless a lovely change.
I realize holding tulips in this shot looks so silly but I just wanted to show them off to you guys. Sadly the petals are so heavy that when I woke up this morning they were all bent over from the weight. Poor tulips. But cheers to all the new colors spring brings!

Cute! I love that she just did a special wash. I have a bottle of shampoo that does that to my hair, so whenever I get bored of being a brunette, I just use a little for a red sheen. So great to change things up.

Love this! I've been itching to change my hair up. I've been growing it out now for 2+ years and I want a change. If I cut it I know I will regret it so a color change might be in store for me...
