Candy Cane Fudge

I'm so thankful another weekend is upon us. It'll be a busy weekend with two work Christmas parties, work, house cleaning and more, yet the knowledge that at some point in the next days I'll find time to rest and relax, even if that rest time is when I'm wrapping Christmas gifts, that makes me happy. Plus I've caught a cold of sorts (it's not that bad) so I'm hoping I can get rid of it over the weekend.

To kick start the last day of work this week I decided to try my hand at making white chocolate candy cane fudge but it was too good that I had bring to the station for my co-workers to eat lest I devour it on my own.

I found the recipe on Sophistimom's blog. If you have a sweet tooth or know of someone who does this is such an easy and tasty Christmas recipe, it's totally worth making.

Happy Friday!
