I seem to be at a standstill now. I haven't budged on my weight for 2 months now. I always think I could just join a diet group or something but then again I don't have any money for that.
So it's me, the gym, my falling apart running shoes, and better choices when I'm eating...that's what I've got to work with. I was doing well for the last 5 months with out having to change a whole lot of drastic changes to my lifestyle but now I know I have to step it up a notch. But I'm defiantly not pumping myself up...I'm just stating the facts.
I can't wait to get all motivated and psyched...I just gotta do it.
